I traveled to Springfield, on business and was gratified to see four or five large Ron Paul Revolution banners along the James River FRWY.
A couple of these banners, in key locations at intersections and stoplights had not been lashed tight. They were drooping and not completely visible to the passerby.
I will be contacting Mr. Palmisano to ascertain whether he is aware of this development.
